This server exposes DAIVID's read-only project/media/team data as MCP tools. Every request
needs your own daivid-public-api key (from DAIVID's API keys UI) as a bearer token —
this server has no credential of its own, it just forwards yours.
MCP endpoint: https://staging.mcp.daivid.co/mcp
claude mcp add --transport http daivid https://staging.mcp.daivid.co/mcp \
--header "Authorization: Bearer <your-daivid-public-api-key>"
Claude Desktop doesn't support custom headers for remote HTTP servers
natively, so go through mcp-remote. Add this to your
claude_desktop_config.json:
{
"mcpServers": {
"daivid": {
"command": "npx",
"args": [
"-y", "mcp-remote", "https://staging.mcp.daivid.co/mcp",
"--header", "Authorization:Bearer <your-daivid-public-api-key>"
]
}
}
}
Add to .cursor/mcp.json (project) or Cursor's global MCP settings:
{
"mcpServers": {
"daivid": {
"url": "https://staging.mcp.daivid.co/mcp",
"headers": {
"Authorization": "Bearer <your-daivid-public-api-key>"
}
}
}
}
Add to Windsurf's mcp_config.json (Windsurf Settings → MCP Servers):
{
"mcpServers": {
"daivid": {
"serverUrl": "https://staging.mcp.daivid.co/mcp",
"headers": {
"Authorization": "Bearer <your-daivid-public-api-key>"
}
}
}
}
Settings → Connectors → enable Developer mode → Create connector.
Set the MCP server URL to https://staging.mcp.daivid.co/mcp, and set Authentication to
API key (not OAuth) — paste your key there; ChatGPT sends it as the
Authorization: Bearer header on every call. This menu has moved around as
OpenAI has iterated on it, so if you don't see an "API key" option, look for
"Advanced settings" on the connector form.
